Pilates and Personal Training

Empowering others through movement is what I love to do—helping people at all stages of life to love, heal, and move their bodies. Fitness is never a linear journey, and I’m here to support each step along the way.

I began my journey as a dancer, and after 10 years in the entertainment industry, my passion for movement naturally led me into a career in fitness. I’m a certified personal trainer, pre- and postnatal fitness specialist, diastasis recti and pelvic floor rehab exercise specialist, and a dance and Pilates instructor. With over 20 years of teaching experience, I’m still excited by the challenge and passion it brings.

Since becoming a mother, I’ve developed a deep passion for helping other moms have empowered births and recoveries. I love exploring the science of movement and educating others along the way. My teaching style is dynamic, compassionate, and focused on creating smart, challenging, and fun programs.

What gives me life: family and laughter, spontaneous dance parties, the sun on my face, music with soul, creating welcoming communities where everyone thrives, and, of course, chocolate!

Massage Therapy with Tori

I believe in listening to the client, whether they come in needing a targeted treatment, or a general moment of pause. I combine this with evidence-based knowledge acquired over a 12 year span of hands-on practice, my time spent as an intructor at Sutherland-Chan, and a lifetime as an athlete, to effectively treat the individual. My curiosity as a human who loves movement and discovering ways to relax the mind through the body continues to guide my practice. A particular area of focus includes the treatment of surgical and non-surgical scars.

Sam’s passion for anatomy and physiology began early, but it truly deepened in 2018 when she became a movement instructor, where she found joy and purpose in helping people feel strong, confident and connected to their bodies. She holds an Honours degree from the University of Windsor, a post-graduate certificate from Humber College, and a comprehensive Pilates certification. These experiences laid the foundation for her advanced studies at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO), where she earned her designation as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (M.OMSc).

Sam is dedicated to empowering patients with a holistic, science-informed understanding of the body. Her treatments focus on realigning the body’s structure to restore function, support self-healing, and enhance the body’s ability to maintain its own balance.

She works with patients who are looking for a whole-body, hands-on approach to care—one that considers how structure influences overall health. Each treatment plan is personalized, with the goal of improving movement, function, and overall well-being.

Physiotherapy with Meghan

I strongly believe that to achieve lasting wellness, it is important to take a holistic approach. Traditionally, physiotherapy has existed in a medical model where pain and injury exist in defined boxes, treatment is aimed at simply quieting symptoms, and the body is forced to heal.

Over my 14 year career, I have noticed a departure from this constricting model of treating, and I now practice in a hybrid model that better suits the body’s innate ability to heal, and acknowledges the vital building blocks of health. Treatments may include manual therapy, exercise, red/infrared light therapy, and extend beyond traditional physiotherapy to address the roles of lifestyle, mental health, relaxation, sleep, and nutrition. My goal is to empower everyone to take control of their health and wellness, by giving them the tools to thrive. I love being outside among the trees and near water. While I played varsity soccer, I also enjoy beach volleyball, basketball, and tennis. My kids keep me on my toes and continue to challenge me to grow on the inside and out. I would love to help you learn to trust your body and the amazing world around us, so that you too, can live your best life.
